Don´t forget to bring the voucher you received via email and a valid ID.
On the December 25th they are closed. On the January 1st the opening hours are reduced and may change from year to year. It’s the best that you contact us in advance to make sure you will be able to exchange your voucher on that day.
You can activate your Lisboa Card within one year starting on the purchase date. Once activated, it will be valid for 24h, 48h or 72h depending on the option you choose.
The card is done by hours, not days. So, for example, if you start using it at 10:00h on a Tuesday, it will be valid until 10:00h on Wednesday (if you purchased the 24h card).
Independently of the purchase date, the card is activated on its first use (in any attraction or public transport).
Cancellation is possible until 23:59 on the day before your selected pick-up date.
Unfortunately, you will have to buy another one. Even if you keep your invoice of the purchase, or the voucher that you exchanged to have the Lisboa Card, it’s not possible to generate a new Lisboa Card for the same code.
Lisboa Card is already your ticket for the metro ride between the Airport and the City Center, and the metro station is right in front of the terminal.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge, and don’t need a ticket.
For children between 4-15, you need to select the Child option.
Yes. The Fertagus (bridge train) is included for free on the Lisboa Card and takes you to Pragal which is close to Almada. If you want to visit the Cristo Rei statue, you can take the bus 753 (Carris) departing from Pragal, also free of charge.
Please be aware that Torre de Belém is temporarily closed for renovations until Spring 2026. We are sorry for your inconvenience. In the meantime, we advise you to enjoy its gardens and the view of this iconic monument from the outside.
You can visit Jerónimos Monastery from Tuesday to Sunday, between 9h30 – 18h (the last admission is at 17h30).
With Lisboa Card you go straight to the entrance queue, as your Lisboa Card is already your ticket.
