What's included in the Lisboa Card price?
– Access to up to 35 museums and monuments in the city

Does the Lisboa Card include the Tram 28, the most famous tram in Lisbon?
Yes, it is included. The tram joins Martim Moniz and Campo de Ourique (Prazeres) stations.
Are the Collections Points open on December 25th and January 1st?
On the December 25th they are closed. On the January 1st the opening hours are reduced and may change from year to year. It’s the best that you contact us in advance to make sure you will be able to exchange your voucher on that day.
The Lisboa Card is valid for hours or for days?
The card is done by hours, not days. So, for example, if you start using it at 10:00h on a Tuesday, it will be valid until 10:00h on Wednesday (if you purchased the 24h card).
What's your refund policy?
We have a non-refundable policy once the tickets have been issued and sent.
The visit to the Torre de Belém and Mosteiro dos Jerónimos is for free?
Yes.
What discounts does the Lisboa Card offer?
It offers discounts on attractions, museums, visits and tours, leisure and entertainment, bars and restaurants, transportation and shopping.

Is it necessary to buy the card for children?
Children under 4 years old are free of charge, and don’t need a ticket.
Is the trip to Almada for free?
Yes. The Fertagus (bridge train) is included for free on the Lisboa Card and takes you to Pragal which is close to Almada. If you want to visit the Cristo Rei statue, you can take the bus 753 (Carris) departing from Pragal, also free of charge.
Are Sintra and Cascais buses included?
No, buses to circulate within Sintra and Cascais are not included. But the trains to go from Lisbon to Sintra or Lisbon to Cascais are included for free.
Can I show Lisboa Card voucher on my mobile?
Yes.
Can I skip the line with the Lisboa Card?
Only at Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and Museu de Arqueologia in Belém, which have already the Fast Track queue, where you can just move on and validate your Lisboa Card in a machine. All other attractions/museums, including Torre de Belém, do not have this machine yet, so even if the access is free, you need to wait on the line to show your Lisboa Card and pick up your tickets at the entrance.
What happens if I lose my Lisboa Card?
Unfortunately, you will have to buy another one. Even if you keep your invoice of the purchase, or the voucher that you exchanged to have the Lisboa Card, it’s not possible to generate a new Lisboa Card for the same code.
Where can I pick up the Lisboa Card?
You can pick up the Lisboa Card in one of the tourist information offices located at:

Palácio Foz (Praça dos Restauradores): Calçada da Glória nº9, 1250-112 Lisboa, 9-20h
Lisboa Welcome Center (Praça do Comércio): Rua do Arsenal nº 21, 1100-038 Lisboa, 9-20h
Don´t forget to bring the voucher you received via email and a valid ID.
How long is the card valid?
The card is valid for one year after the purchase date.
What's not included in the Lisboa Card?
Ferry boats to cross the Tagus river are not included.
Can I use Lisboa Card to buy tickets for the Aerobus?
Yes. Customers will receive a discount of 25% when purchasing Aerobus tickets.
